The Challenge :  
Everton felt a merchandisign e-Catalogue would trigger more online sales during December. This was a test project and the first by a UK Football Club. evertonfc.com would provide an ideal opportunity to test this highly innovative product.

The full e-Catalogue had to be ready within 7 days. Customers would then have time to order before the Christmas cut-off date. It was all hands on deck! Print catalogue had already been distributed to existing mail order customers.

The Solution:
32 page fully hosted merchandising e-Catalogue. Replica of print format. Distributed via evertonfc.com solution and simple page turning format meant customers found it very easy to browse full product range. All products were deep linked to their product page within shopping site.

A major benefit of the campaign was customers being able to immediately download the e-Catalogue, as opposed to phoning or emailing to request a printed catalogue and waiting for it to arrive.  This meant several more days shopping window for customers to order before the Christmas cutoff date.

Launch activity was via website welcome page (live for 3 days) and email launch.
