Hotel Chocolat e-Catalogue saw response rate double

The Results:
Far better than anticipated. These were the achievements from the first campaign:

  • Cost Per Acquisition fell 75% against traditional methods used
  • Response rate up 100%
  • Average Order Value stable with prior levels

Launch activity was targeted B2B email marketing campaign by Blue Sheep. Focusing on 3 clear cells each with a different communication mix, results were instantly compared against the control group.

Integration with call centre was key to success. This was achieved via "Call Me" button which triggered an automated email to the outbound Call Centre, complete with product details the customer was interested in.
