Marks and Spencer Hampers campaign response = 20x project cost!
Multi-channel e-Catalogue campaign delivered superb results and identified the way forward for repeat campaigns. 

The Results:
The results were compelling:. Direct sales were more than 20x the project cost. (Out of respect to client confidentiality no more details can be provided.) Digital brochures delivered instantly when the customer is in 'buy mode' certainly led to increased browsing and conversion rates online, via mail order, retail and call centre. Multi-channel integration with Blue Sheep was key.
