Rangers FC first e-Catalogue project. Rangers were the first SPL club to trial an
e-Catalogue, coinciding with the release of their 3rd kit and new trainingwear range.
The main objective was to cost effectively achieve increased online sales. rangersdirect.co.uk is a highly successful e-commerce site run by the Rangers Football Club and Premium TV (PTV).
The campaign ran together with the offline printed catalogue and other media. Print volumes were reduced in anticipation of a successful e-Catalogue trial.
The Solution:
18 page merchandising e-Catalogue. Replica of print catalogue. Distributed via rangersdirect.co.uk as a download in 1 click. All products deep linked to their purchase page where customers simply selected quantity and paid instantly.
Launch activity was online: Website welcome page for 4 days; Email marketing campaign plus 3 follow up campaigns; 1 click to download.
